Check this out ya'll. I just found a clip of a media story regarding a Japanese software that detects emotion-----by analysing not just voice stress, but also pauses, VOCABULARY, and speed compared to baseline rythms. At first glance, it doesn'tsuprise, than you might stop and think----wait---that is a lot of components to analyze. Apparently the software is the most complex of it's kind.

The uses for this product are numerous---and possible off-shoots have some interesting potentials.
